INCA Productions powers into new growth phase

Female-founded global creative agency focuses on landmark campaigns, cultural power plays, and bold expansion into automotive and climate action.

INCA Productions, the female-founded global creative agency behind experiences for Chanel, Gucci, Netflix, TAG Heuer, and British Fashion Council, has announced a major new chapter of strategic growth.

Upcoming highlights include creative leadership on the inaugural NAT Gala, in partnership with Sunshine, during New York Climate Week and continued partnerships across the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and automotive sectors. To support this expansion, INCA joined The Independents Group, a global collective of best-in-class creative and communications agencies.

With offices in London and New York and more than 25 years of experience, INCA is doubling down on its mission to deliver bold, story-led experiences that make a lasting impact.

“This isn’t about changing who we are. It’s about growing our impact, globally, creatively, and culturally,” says Nina Ferguson, co-founder of INCA. “We’re more focused than ever on bold, high-performance storytelling. The kind that moves audiences, elevates brands, and defines moments.”

Leadership driving impact

INCA Productions is led by co-founders Nina Ferguson and Charlotte Clark. Together, they continue to grow a high-performing, collaborative team with deep expertise across creative, strategy, and flawless execution.

“As we scale, we never lose sight of what makes INCA different,” says Clark. “Our clients trust us to deliver intricate, global activations with precision and purpose. That trust is everything.”

Growth on a global stage

INCA joined The Independents Group in December 2023, a global collective of leading creative and communications agencies. This strategic alignment further enables INCA’s global reach while preserving its fiercely independent spirit and maintaining its premier position in the UK market.

“We were looking for partners who share our values, creative ambition, and global mindset,” says Ferguson. “Being part of The Independents strengthens our ability to deliver locally relevant, globally impactful work without compromising who we are.”

A creative force in automotive and culture

A highlight of INCA’s growth includes its creative leadership on the NAT Gala, a major new event taking place during New York Climate Week in partnership with Sunshine, uniting global leaders around urgent climate action.

“We’re so passionate about the NAT Gala because the environment is one of our key pillars. We always design with sustainability in mind.  We were one of the first luxury events agencies in the UK to have a sustainability policy. It is something that is fundamental to our partners at The Independents too,” explains Ferguson.

INCA is expanding its footprint into the automotive and motorsport sectors, spaces where emotionally intelligent storytelling and female creative leadership remain underrepresented. INCA is delivering cinematic brand moments for names including Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Glenfiddich, bringing a new lens to innovation, performance, and luxury culture.

From Formula 1 to Goodwood Festival of Speed, INCA continues to lead in high-octane creative environments, blending immersive technology, cultural insight, and production excellence on a global scale.

What’s ahead

Looking ahead, INCA is preparing to deliver some of its most ambitious and culturally relevant projects to date. “2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year,” adds Ferguson. “We’re building experiences that go beyond the moment; they provoke, connect, and endure.”
