IWD 2023: What does it mean to be a woman in events?

Shaftesbury Theatre, an independent theatre in London's West End, celebrates International Women’s Day with a series of videos championing some of the women who work at the theatre.

Deputy head of house management, Natalie Gardner; deputy head of electrics, Irma Kent; and deputy head of ticketing, Fiona Brooke-Holland, are all featured in the HERstory campaign videos, which explore the employee’s backgrounds, motivations for working in theatre, and the unusual and eventful experiences they’ve had along the way.
