Thanks to a new welcome package supported by Provence Côte d’Azur Events, the regional convention bureau and its airports, it is easy to fly delegates and participants in and out of the region safely and simply.
The unique and comprehensive welcome pack includes services for events provided by the region’s three international airports, all well-connected and within 25 minutes of the city centres they serve:
- Marseille-Provence airport serves Aix-en-Provence and Marseille
- Nice-Côte d’Azur airport serves Cannes, Mandelieu-La-Napoule, Monaco and Nice
- Toulon-Hyères serves Toulon
In addition, the regional welcome pack offers services including:
- Personalised welcome for VIPs
- Customisation of information screens with welcome messages
- Welcome desk for delegates in the halls of the main terminals
- Customised event branding at the airport.
Because security matters, the welcome pack also includes assistance to ensure the safety of each event.
