In Western Denmark, easily accessible from Billund Airport, you’ll find Herning. Something of a business hub, Herning boasts facilities large enough to host the Ice Hockey World Championship in 2018, while at the same time being small enough to offer the community spirit of a small town.
Herning houses the largest fair and exhibition centre in Scandinavia, consisting of four major event venues: MCH Herning Kongrescenter, MCH Messecenter Herning, MCH Arena and Jyske Bank Boxen. And when it comes to big events, the local community comes out in droves to act as volunteers – showing the true Herning spirit.
