Getting there is easy, fast and, with carbon offset programmes in place with some of the venue’s travel partners, greener for delegates and conference organisers:

By air

With up to 36 UK flights and 14 European flights per day, Aberdeen International Airport is well connected. Located five minutes from P&J Live, delegates couldn’t be closer!

By rail

Located in Aberdeen city centre, a short 15-minute journey from P&J Live, Aberdeen Railway Station connects delegates to the rest of the UK with a wide range of direct routes. Benefiting from the arrival of the world-class Azuma trains, travel has been transformed along the North Coast.

Running six nights per week, delegates can board the Caledonian Sleeper at London Euston in the evening and wake up in Aberdeen. 

By road

P&J Live is conveniently situated for motorists, about six miles north-west of the city centre and easily reached from the A96 Aberdeen-Inverness road. Getting to P&J Live has never been easier, with the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route cutting travel time by car by up to 40 minutes. P&J Live is conveniently located just a few minutes away from this major route.

 As part of the destination package, delegates, exhibitors and staff can often be provided with shuttle services on the city’s 100 per cent electric Stagecoach bus service, departing from Aberdeen Airport via the venue and directly into the city centre.

Travel partners

P&J Live works closely with regional and national transport providers to pass on savings to delegates travelling to Aberdeen and around the city while visiting.
