For meetings
The PortAventura Convention Centre is spacious, versatile and fully equipped with cutting-edge technology. Its 24 multi-functional rooms can accommodate up to 6,000 people at the same time within an area of 20,000 sqm. Following a recent expansion, the new 2,000 sqm ROMA Room is now available. It can be divided into three with plenty of natural light and views of the spectacular Mediterranean surroundings.
For accommodation
Five four-star and one five-star hotel, the Mansión de Lucy, offer a choice of 2,350 rooms throughout the resort.
For special occasions
Unique in Europe for offering two theme parks on site – PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land – either or both can be hired exclusively for memorable team events. There are many options for team building, networking and special occasions including spectacular al fresco dinners in a beach club.
Virtual experiences
PortAventura Business & Events has launched the new Hybrid Experience & Real Emotions programme. One of the team’s most exciting ventures, this innovative format uses new technologies to enrich the virtual experience by creating high-quality content, augmented reality, 3D graphics, gamification, interactive presentations and holographic illusions, among other features.
Hybrid Experience & Real Emotions is the latest in a series of digital innovation that has already included a new website, new 360º virtual tour and new interactive catalogue. All of these have been designed to make it easier for users to plan and organise any event in any circumstance.
Safety is a priority
PortAventura Business & Events is working to a special action plan with a clear commitment to health and safety. Endorsed by expert bodies and external auditors, including the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute (ICTE), the SGS auditors and the Biolinea consultancy firm, the protocol encompasses a set of measures implemented in all its facilities.

One of the advantages of the PortAventura Convention Centre is the immense size of its rooms together with its large open spaces, which makes it easier to adhere to physical distancing regulations. The large terraces and gardens offer a multitude of options for event formats outside.
The proximity of locations within the resort makes it possible to hold events with minimum transit between areas, thereby minimising risks and costs.
