New products & services

As part of its digital transformation plan, PortAventura Business & Events has invested heavily in improvements to its website, including a 360º virtual tour of its facilities and an interactive catalogue of products and services that can be accessed from anywhere at any time.

Another important development has been the expansion of the Convention Centre by 6,000 sqm, bringing its capacity to 2,000 people, with natural light and large terraces.

As part of the resort's commitment to expanding and improving spaces, it has also bolstered its hotel offer with the recent expansion of the Colorado Creek Hotel. It has also opened the first sports bar of its kind in Spain: the LaLiga TwentyNine's restaurant. With the capacity to host more than 350 people, it is ideal for hosting various events. This new venue, which has become the first in the resort to be LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified, offers a wide combination of spaces and a broad range of technological solutions perfect for lunches, cocktail receptions and parties.

Broad portfolio of clients

PortAventura Business & Events, the events division of PortAventura World, expects to host more than 200 events this year for various sectors, ranging from the pharmaceutical and health industry to consultancy, banking and consumer goods. More than 2,200 events, with a total of 720,000 attendees, have been held at PortAventura Convention Centre in recent years.

Proud of its focus on the environment and energy savings, the resort is committed to achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and has been awarded many internationally prestigious environmental certifications including the European EMAS certificate, the ISO14001 standard and the Environmental Quality Assurance Label.
