The Titanic Suite offers event organisers flexibility and a wonderful setting for an unforgettable event. With capacity for 700 theatre-style, 800 at a reception or 500 at a banquet, it is home to a replica of the liner’s Grand Staircase, which provides an impressive backdrop for awards, speeches, conferences and presentations. The adjoining North Viewing Gallery, Olympic and Britannic Suites can be used to extend the space, hosting your event across all of Titanic Belfast’s fifth and sixth floors.
The in-house culinary team specialises in crafting menus that reflect organisers unique preferences and budget. When catering for gala dinners and large-scale conferences, the team are proud to make use of the best locally-sourced, seasonal Northern Irish produce available.
The Titanic Slipways and Paddock
Location for global events including the World Police and Fire Games, Giro d’Italia Big Start and Carl Frampton’s World Title Fight, along with festivals and cultural events, this historic site situated on the mouth of the river Lagan has been sensitively restored to acknowledge and respect the Titanic Quarter’s unique heritage. With the famous Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices and the landmark Samson and Goliath Cranes as a backdrop, the Slipways brings together Belfast’s strong industrial and maritime history with Northern Ireland’s exciting future to provide a unique outdoor venue space.
Titanic Experience
With interpretive and interactive galleries that explore the sights, sounds, smells and stories of RMS Titanic, as well as the city and people that made her, the Titanic Experience is a fascinating add-on for attendees wishing to learn more.
Following a remarkable £4.7 million refresh, significantly enhancing the visitor experience, four exciting new themed galleries and a stunning collection of artefacts have been introduced, providing the most spectacular visitor experience to date.
Some major highlights of a visit to Titanic Belfast include: the Shipyard Ride, which immerses you in the story of shipbuilding during RMS Titanic’s construction; an original artefact collection – including the world-famous violin belonging to the Titanic’s hero musician Wallace Hartley; and the Ship of Dreams, a 7.6m long scale model of RMS Titanic, which rotates and illuminates in sync with state-of-the-art projections. This space invites visitors to take a journey focused on the hopes and aspirations of the people who built or sailed on her, many setting off to start a new life in New York.
SS Nomadic
The tender for RMS Titanic and a quarter of her size, SS Nomadic is the last remaining White Star vessel. Available for exclusive hire, this spectacular event venue offers guests the opportunity to follow in the glamorous footsteps of previous passengers Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton and Charlie Chaplin.
Restored to her former glory, guests can marvel at the original interiors that greeted first and second-class passengers on board RMS Titanic.
