Leading the way: the Swiss Economic Forum
The Swiss Economic Forum, organised by NZZ Connect, has been bringing together 1,000 leaders from business, science, politics and the media annually for more than 25 years. Focused on SMEs, the event has been held at the Congress Kursaal Interlaken since 2010.
A week before the event, construction of a vast festival village begins in the Kursaal Park. Highlights include small chill-out zones and mountain railway gondolas, providing intimate networking spots. The atmosphere is enhanced by a live band stage, inflatable archways, accessories and lights.
The auditorium can accommodate up to 1,200 participants, offering speakers an ideal platform to inspire their audience. Equipped with the latest technology, this 1,000 sqm plenary hall is perfect for larger format events. The foyers on the ground and upper floors provide space for drink and snack stands, an information desk and the media centre for radio and television.
