Most recently it hosted the ISTH 2024 Congress, the 32nd annual academic congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis, which attracted 4,000 participants from more than 100 countries.

“ISTH 2024 has been a great success. One of the very important reasons was the experience that everybody had working here at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere at the Centre contributed to an experience that will ensure everyone goes away with wonderful memories from the ISTH Congress and also from Bangkok.”
Thomas Reiser, Executive Director.

QSNCC hosted more than 1,000 participants at the 62nd ICCA Congress.

“We had an amazing experience in Bangkok with so much support and being made to feel welcome in the destination - and QSNCC was a very strong part of that. I think our delegates have enjoyed the space, light, views, the comfort of the meeting room, the coffee and the food. It’s been an amazing experience.”

Sustainability at its heart

The first convention centre in Southeast Asia to receive LEED Certification (silver), this award recognises that its design, construction and operation are environmentally friendly and meet demanding global standards.

QSNCC’s technical innovations include energy-efficiency, eco-friendly waste disposal and use of local suppliers. Sustainable choices extend to catering services, with a focus on locally sourced and organic ingredients.

Located in the heart of the Bangkok Business District, the Centre is easily accessible via a walkway to the Metropolitan Rapid Transit, ensuring journeys to QSNCC don’t increase an event’s carbon footprint.

New Loyalty Program

Using cutting-edge technology, QSNCC’s new Loyalty Program will provide event organisers worldwide with a wide range of benefits such as accommodation at partnering hotels, use of digital media and gift vouchers for the restaurant at the Centre. Designed to encourage event organisers to book the award-winning venue, redemption of benefits is instant via a web portal.
