Industry charity Meeting Needs is calling on event professionals to come and celebrate the end of its annual charity auction.
The Big Bid Bash is set to celebrate the grand finale of the Meeting Needs Online Charity Auction on Thursday 4 March at 7.30pm. The event will comprise of 90 minutes of charity bids, music, fun and networking.
A Meeting Needs spokeswoman said: “Are you coming to the party? Join 100 event industry professionals for the Big Bid Bash on Thursday March 4 – the countdown to the Meeting Needs end of the online auction at 19.30. Pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the fun, the music, the bidding wars and a gathering of your industry’s charity movers.”
The auction has already raised more than £17,000 for the charity's beneficiaries. Attendees at the Big Bid Bash will also hear from beneficiaries directly affected by the charity’s fundraising, while there will also be music by SongDivision.
There are more than 50 prizes donated by industry suppliers like Hilton, Rosewood, Pullman, Celtic Manor Resort, Kempinski, Corinthia and more.

- A cookery course for two at SEASON Cookery School, Lainston House
- Champagne Art Afternoon Tea for two in the Mirror Room at Rosewood London

Meeting Needs supports approximately 30 projects each year in the UK and around the world. Recent projects include supporting the Buses4Homeless initiative in London and funding days out for sick or underprivileged children in the UK. The annual auction is its single biggest fundraiser of the year.
