The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is hosting the Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange (TIME) on 16–21 June, bringing together around 250 industry stakeholders for six days of knowledge-sharing, networking, and cultural immersion across Bangkok and Hua Hin.
With the theme “The Power of Going Beyond”, TIME 2025 aims to spark forward-looking conversations on how the events industry can exceed expectations in a changing global landscape.
Circle of trust (and talk)
TIME 2025 brings global industry leaders together for knowledge-sharing, networking, and immersive experiences across Thailand.
New this year is the Sharing Circle, an interactive, no-slides-allowed format encouraging open reflections. Sessions include “Surprise & Delight: The ROI of Thoughtfulness” and “Deal or No Deal: The Power of Sustainable Commitment”, where buyers and TCEB reps share stories of when the extra mile made all the difference – or didn’t.
Market intel on the move
The Market Update sessions ditch country-by-country rundowns for candid, cross-market insights. One session explores whether the surge in high-spending travellers is sustainable: “Thailand has been a beneficiary of this boom… but will this golden run continue?” Participants will also hear the latest on corporate client expectations and what’s driving hesitation in today’s geopolitical climate.
Fast, focused, and full of ideas
TIME’s Quick Catch sessions deliver bite-sized takeaways on hot topics including AI-driven sales, Gen Z engagement, and media pitching. There's even a crash course on how TikTok can cut through the noise – with no dance moves required.
From ballroom to beach

Activities include panel discussions, workshops, venue tours, cultural immersions, wellness experiences, CSR initiatives, site inspections, networking dinners, and a scenic Royal Blossom train ride to Bangkok.
From 18 June, delegates will shift gears in Hua Hin for wellness experiences, local flavours, and site inspections at properties like Chiva-Som International Health Resort. Expect community-led activities, hands-on cultural showcases, and a final seaside send-off before returning to Bangkok for a farewell dinner at Nobu.
TIME 2025 is organised under TCEB’s “Meet Well in Thailand” campaign, which champions the pillars of wellness, balance, connectivity, and warm Thai hospitality.
