Brighter has unveiled a new market proposition, dividing its events offering into five specialist service areas as it looks to make its expertise easier for clients to access.

The events specialist, part of the Clarity Business Travel group, launched the new structure at an event at Icetank in London attended by clients, partners and industry guests.

The proposition comprises Brighter Events, Brighter Connect, Brighter Spark, Brighter Incentives and Brighter Moments.

Brighter Events will provide strategic consultancy, creative, event management and logistics services, while Brighter Connect will offer flexible, on-demand access to event professionals across planning, creative, production, logistics and on-site delivery.

Brighter Spark covers technical production, AV and digital event technology, including show calling, speaker management and live event delivery. Brighter Incentives focuses on reward and recognition programmes, while Brighter Moments will specialise in graduations, awards ceremonies and education sector events.

The company said the restructure was designed to meet growing demand from organisations for flexible and specialist event support without increasing their internal headcount.

Claire Conboy, director of events at Brighter, said: “The launch gave us the opportunity to demonstrate how Brighter has evolved. While our passion for creating exceptional experiences remains unchanged, we've made it easier for clients to access the expertise, creativity and support they need, whether that's delivering a large-scale event, extending an in-house team or creating memorable incentive and graduation programmes.”

Pat McDonagh, CEO of Clarity, added: “Events have evolved significantly. They're no longer simply moments in time; they're a powerful way for organisations to engage, inspire, educate, reward and connect people.

“Because events are never just events, we've evolved our proposition to make it easier for clients to access the specialist expertise, creativity and support they need to achieve meaningful outcomes.”
