SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) brought
together a record-breaking 500 incentive travel professionals for a night of
meaningful connections, celebration, and cultural exchange at SITE NITE Europe
2025 in Frankfurt.
The evening also marked
the official launch of its new “chapter-lite” membership model, SITE
affiliates, a key step in expanding SITE’s global footprint.
Taking place on the eve of IMEX Frankfurt, SITE’s flagship
European event took place in Depot 1899 - a repurposed tram depot turned vibrant social
venue. Attendees enjoyed an evening of hospitality, laughter, and renewed
connections, complemented by delicious food, flowing drinks, and the
unmistakable camaraderie that defines the SITE community.
Annette Gregg, SITE CEO, said: “SITE NITE Europe
continues to embody the spirit of connection and collaboration that powers the
incentive travel industry. Last night’s energy, warmth, and enthusiasm remind
us that this sector isn’t just about business - it’s about building bridges,
sharing cultures, and celebrating our global community.”
SITE used the occasion to unveil SITE affiliates, a new
program that empowers members in regions or countries with fewer than 20 active
members to form their own affiliate, with guidance and support from SITE HQ.
Each affiliate will be led by local industry professionals, who are passionate
about building community and serving as SITE ambassadors.
The first affiliate, SITE Italy, is already up and
running and celebrated its official debut at SITE NITE Europe.
“At the heart of
it, we believe stronger connections make our entire industry more resilient,
more creative, and more impactful,” said Benedetto Consiglio, one of SITE
Italy’s co-leaders. “We welcome every opportunity to collaborate because when
one chapter or affiliate thrives, we all do.”
With attendees from across the world and a rich mix of new
and familiar faces, SITE NITE Europe 2025 set the perfect tone for a productive
week at IMEX Frankfurt. The event served as a dynamic launchpad for the days
ahead, helping delegates establish new contacts, spark business conversations,
and reinforce the value of incentive travel as a powerful driver of performance
and purpose.
SITE NITE Europe was made possible thanks to the generous
support of partners and sponsors including IHG and IMEX as well as Abu Dhabi,
who hosted a pre-event reception.
As part of SITE’s global event portfolio, SITE NITE Europe
complements its North American counterpart in providing members and friends
with exceptional experiences that blend business with meaningful human
connection.
