SITE (Society for Incentive
Travel Excellence) will deliver a high impact programme at IMEX America 2025,
led by its invite only, sold out, SITE C Suite Agency Summit. This will
be complemented by two headline events on Smart Monday: SITE NITE North America
and the unveiling of the 2025 Incentive Travel Index (ITI).
These events aim to showcase SITE’s
commitment to convening leaders, strengthening communities and advancing data
driven insight for the global incentive travel industry.
Designed specifically for
senior individual within the leading global event and incentive agencies, the
SITE C Suite Agency Summit takes place on Tuesday, 7 October, at The Mansion at
MGM Grand. The Summit, which builds on a successful debut in Tulum at the SITE
Global Conference, turns competitors into collaborators, offering agency heads
a confidential forum to exchange strategies to grow the industry, whilst
delivering on SITE’s heritage of serving agencies and third parties since 1973.
Thought leadership themes at
the summit include:
- Technology
and AI: Balancing the promise of AI and automation with the human
connection that underpins incentive travel, alongside practical approaches
to data security, investment, and adoption.
- Organisational
structures: Building agile teams at scale including, optimal organisation
design, priority skill sets, and smarter recruitment in a tight talent
market.
- Key
takeaways from the Incentive Travel Index (ITI): What the latest trends on
everything from price pressure to destination selection mean for the
market.
- A
separate M&A panel led by Howard Givner, featuring leaders who have
recently gone through the process: Identifying the right partners, viable
business models and financial structures, and staying true to core
offerings while expanding into new opportunities.
The summit is supported by

NITE North America (6 October) – Kicking off IMEX week is one of the
industry’s most sought after networking nights. Drawing 1,500 plus
professionals, this year’s theme is “Back to the ’90s,” inviting bold
colours and nostalgic vibes for a high energy evening just minutes from
the Strip at The INDUSTRIAL Event Space.
- Incentive
Travel Index, 2025 launch (6 October) - A joint initiative of SITE and
IRF, the ITI provides the industry’s most comprehensive, forward-looking
outlook on incentive travel. This year’s session unpacks the impact of AI,
pricing transparency, destination selection and programme design, with
implications for buyers, suppliers and agency strategy.
- Smart
Monday workshop for Latin America (6 October) - A practical session for
buyers and suppliers from Latin America, taking place in the W Hotel,
focused on regional opportunities and partnership building.
- On
the show floor (7-9 October) - SITE will be present, on a sustainably
built stand, as an exhibitor throughout IMEX America on stand C4931,
serving as a hub for community, education and advocacy.
