The 2026 UK Conference and Meeting Survey (UKCAMS) has launched, as it looks once again to provide performance data, emerging trends, and benchmarking insights.
Sponsored by VisitBritain, UKCAMS has been capturing the size and value of the sector for more than three decades.
The 2026 UKCAMS research invites UK conference and meeting venues to report on their 2025 activity, covering both traditional metrics like volume and value, as well as emerging issues such as international business trends and the impact of the UK’s Electronic Visa Authorisation rollout. Participating venues will receive a personalised summary report to benchmark their performance against comparable venues.
The survey, carried out by Tony Rogers and Richard Smith of RJS Associates, provides insights for venues, destinations, and industry stakeholders, guiding marketing, investment, and policy decisions. Results are expected to be published in May 2026.
