Without the precariousness of last-minute lockdowns, corporate Christmas parties are soaring back to their former glory.

Going without a proper Christmas bash for a couple of years has really brought home their value to a lot of companies. So while the sun may still be beating down outside as summer draws to a close, event planners have already started detangling the tinsel and hanging up the mistletoe, to ensure staff and clients are given a festive celebration that Santa would be proud of.

Here are five cracking corporate Christmas party venues to consider for this year's festivities.

Birmingham:

Millennium Point

Millennium Point has announced its corporate exclusive and shared party packages for 2022. From £40 per person, businesses can get exclusive hire of the level 1 open-air space for their Christmas Party. This package includes an arrival drink under the Christmas tree, a two-or-three-course traditional Christmas dinner and a DJ and dancefloor until midnight.

The package also includes exclusive use of the fully licensed bar and features branded up-lighters and table crackers and novelties. Corporates can customise this package with bespoke elements such as the use of the venue’s 354-seat auditorium with a giant screen – formerly the first IMAX in the West Midlands – for awards, speeches, or a Christmas film.

The shared party night is targeted at smaller teams and businesses who still want the big office party experience. For £40 per person, this night includes a three-course meal, a fully licensed bar, DJ, and dancefloor along with all the Christmas novelties from the exclusive party night but shared with other teams.

The Conservatory is a versatile space which can accommodate up to 475 people for Christmas events. With food created by on-site caterer Searcys, guests can experience a festive-inspired feast of dishes ranging from bowl food to a full seated dinner in the Garden Room, an exciting event space adjacent to the Conservatory.

Packages start at £118 plus VAT per person to include hire of the Conservatory. Cocktails will be served on arrival; three hours of unlimited prosecco, elderflower fizz, wine, beer, and soft drinks; and a DJ.  Food options include bowl food, a festive carvery or three-course festive menu with coffee and mince pies, depending on chosen package and numbers.
