Beam will host its Spring
All Members Meeting on 28 April 2026 at The Cumberland London, bringing
together professionals from across the business events, travel and hospitality
sectors for a day focused on insight, discussion and practical learning.
The meeting is open to all beam members and designed to be
relevant at every stage of a career - whether attendees are shaping strategy or
building their knowledge and confidence within the industry.
The event offers an opportunity to step back from
day-to-day roles, gain a clearer view of the wider landscape and hear directly
from peers across agencies, venues and suppliers.
David Tremmil, chair of beam, said: “Our All Members
Meetings bring the whole community together for the conversations that matter.
It’s where different perspectives are shared, experiences are exchanged and we
openly discuss what’s really happening across our sector. That mix of voices is
what makes these events so powerful.”
The agenda combines industry updates with sessions aimed at
both professional and personal development.
A keynote from Max Fellows, founder
of Allpoints, will explore the
growing role of personal brand in building trust, strengthening relationships
and creating opportunity in a competitive market. The session will offer
practical insight into how individuals can develop their presence and
credibility, regardless of role or level of experience.
Fellows said: “Most people underestimate the impact
of how they show up professionally. In reality, personal brand often shapes who
gets trusted, who gets remembered and who gets the opportunity. When done well,
it creates real value for both individuals and the businesses they represent.”
The agenda will also include a session from Robert Kenward
from Jigsaw Talent Solutions, focusing on the often-overlooked value of
experienced team members and the important role they play in maintaining
consistency, knowledge and long-term success within organisations.
Alongside keynote sessions, attendees will receive updates
on market trends, economic and legislative developments, as well as updates
from the beam Board. As always, there will be space for open and constructive
discussion, a defining feature of these meetings.
