CHS Birmingham has confirmed the
return of Cally
Stewart, The Success Psychologist, as the event’s headline
keynote for 2025.
Stewart, who specialises in relationship psychology, was one of
the standout sessions from CHS Leeds and will bring her sharp
insight, warmth and psychological punch to the show’s new theme: “You + AI – Hype, Hope, or
Headache?”
Her keynote, “AI:
Frenemy or Foe? The Psychology of Our Most Complicated Relationship Yet”,
will take on a different perspective, addressing how AI is reshaping not just
how we work, but how we connect with each other, and with it, as our digital
support system. As machines increasingly take on the roles of coach, therapist,
strategist – and even friend – Stewart will explore what that means for our
confidence, wellbeing and identity in the workplace.
“AI is changing everything – from our productivity hacks to
our personal lives,” said Michelle Rennoldson, event director, CHS Birmingham.
“As ever, Cally brings something we haven’t seen in this conversation yet – an
insight into the relationships that are built with AI, through and AI, and in a
world where it will be ubiquitous in the near future.”
With a background in performance psychology and a reputation
for helping professionals build sustainable success, Stewart will explore:
- Why AI might be the ultimate ‘frenemy’
– efficient and helpful, but robbing us of challenge, connection and real
growth
- What it says about us when we turn to
AI for guidance, advice or even emotional support
- How to navigate this new relationship
consciously, using psychology to stay confident, grounded and in control
Stewart’s keynote will kick off a day of AI focused education. Her session
sets the tone for an agenda filled with tech insights, town halls, and practical guidance for professionals figuring out what AI really
means for their role, their business, and their future.
