TMS 26 registration Registration has opened for The Meetings Show 2026

Visitor registration has opened for The Meetings Show 2026, the UK’s leading exhibition for event, meeting and conference professionals.

The show, returning to Excel London on 24 -25 June, will unite hundreds of international industry suppliers with top-tier buyers for two days of education, networking and inspiration.

A wide range of exhibitors, from destinations and DMCs to hotels, venues, and tech providers, including Visit Portugal, Visit Bath & Bristol, Philadelphia Convention Bureau, Bournemouth International Centre, The Q Hotels Collection and Hilton Hotels, will be ready to meet buyers.

Education sits at the heart of the event. Building on positive feedback from last year, the 2026 education programme, curated with The Attendee Experience Company (atex), will feature over 60 sessions of panels, workshops, and talks designed to deliver practical takeaways, fresh ideas, and strategies to make events smarter, more engaging, and truly impactful.

Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director of The Meetings Show, said: "With this year’s incredible mix of exhibitors, hosted buyers, and our highly anticipated education programme – featuring an exciting line-up of speakers, including some truly inspirational headliners – The Meetings Show 2026 is where the future of the events industry comes alive. We can’t wait to welcome you this June – it’s an experience not to be missed.”

There are various ways to register to attend The Meetings Show 2026, which will be co-located with Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.  To find out more about the buyer, hosted buyer and visitor registration options, please sign up here
