The Meetings Show has extended its 2026 call for
speakers, opening the door to more industry voices ready to share ideas,
insights and stories that inspire.
Now
closing at 17:30 on Friday 23 January 2026, the extended deadline
gives potential speakers extra time to put themselves forward and be
part of the show’s much-loved and world-class education programme.
Returning
to Excel London on 24-25 June 2026, The
Meetings Show will once again bring together thousands of meetings and events
professionals from across the world. Its education programme continues to be
one of the show’s most talked-about features, offering buyers and planners the
chance to learn from industry experts, innovators and emerging voices – all
sharing practical insights, real-world experiences and fresh perspectives on
the future of events.
Curated
in partnership with The Attendee Experience Company (atex),
the two-day Northstar Meetings Group show’s 2026 programme will continue to
focus on practical, engaging learning. From hands-on workshops and data-led
discussions to immersive storytelling and lively debate, sessions are designed
to spark ideas and leave delegates with inspiration they can take straight back
to their roles.
Building
on the success of last year’s highly rated programme, the 2026 content will
focus on helping event professionals tackle the issues that matter right now.
With budgets under pressure, technology evolving at pace, wellbeing rising up
the agenda, and the need to demonstrate the true value and impact of meetings
and events more important than ever, the show is seeking speakers who can bring
these topics to life in an engaging way.
Samme Allen,
knowledge director, The Meetings Show, commented: “Due to the fantastic response
and volume of applications we’ve received, we’ve extended the deadline for our
call for papers. We’re looking for bold thinkers and fresh perspectives, both
from within the events sector and beyond.
“Whether
you’re an experienced leader or an emerging voice with a powerful story to
tell, this is an opportunity to connect with an audience that’s actively
seeking practical solutions, new ideas and inspiration.”
To
apply, speakers should submit a session title, a concise synopsis outlining
what delegates will gain, and their preferred presentation format here.
Applications now close at 17:30 on
