Hosted buyer applications are now open for The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2027, which will return to Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on 21-22 April 2027.
Organisers are encouraging meetings and events professionals to apply early, with 90 per cent of hosted buyer places typically filled within two months of opening.
The hosted buyer programme includes a pre-scheduled appointments diary, educational sessions, networking events and destination experiences, while eligible international buyers can receive flight, hotel and airport transfer reimbursement.
The 2026 edition attracted more than 200 exhibitors and facilitated more than 7,500 face-to-face business meetings. For 2027, the show is targeting more than 270 exhibitors, spanning destinations, venues, hotels and event technology providers.
The Meetings Show Asia Pacific brings together event organisers and suppliers to meet, do business and develop new partnerships.
