The Delegate Wranglers, in partnership with Lime Venue Portfolio, will host 'DW on the Road – The Future of Events: AI, Trends, Facts, and Tracks' at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 7 May.
The event will focus on artificial intelligence, industry trends, sustainability, and insights from the next generation of event professionals.
Designed for event planners, venues, and industry stakeholders, the event runs from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Attendees will have the oppurtunity to participate in expert-led discussions and hands-on experiences.
Headline partner Lime Venue Portfolio will present its sustainable catering initiative, including a carbon-labelled, plant-based menu called 'Meetings for Change.' Jo Austin, sales director at Lime Venue Portfolio, stated: “This is more than an event – it’s a vision of what our industry can be. Key sessions include 'AI in Events,' featuring Felicia Asiedu from Cvent and Ed Poland from Hire Space, who will discuss the current and potential impacts of artificial intelligence on the events industry. A panel discussion with final-year University of East London students will provide perspectives on the future of events, informed by academic research.
The event will conclude with a panel wrap-up featuring Jo Austin and Neil Thompson of Delegate Wranglers, followed by an F1-inspired karting activity inside the stadium.
