The inaugural M&I Expo, originally scheduled to take
place in Abu Dhabi in April, has been postponed due to the current situation in
the Middle East.
Organisers M&I said circumstances mean that the event cannot proceed as planned, citing security and wellbeing of attendees,
partners, and staff as their primary concern.
The statement said: “Due to the current situation in the
Middle East, M&I Expo is unable to take place as scheduled.
“The security and wellbeing of our attendees, partners and
team remain the primary focus. Whilst disappointing, the current circumstances
mean that proceeding with the event is not possible at this time.
“We look forward to welcoming the community together then
and continuing to support the industry through meaningful connections. Thank
you for your understanding and continued support.”
New dates for the expo have been confirmed for 5-7 April
2027 in Abu Dhabi.
