A sophisticated transcription tool using AI has produced a detailed white paper based on the educational programme at The Meeting Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC).
Snapsight was used during the two-day event to capture live content and provide attendees with on-the-spot takeaways, idea clouds, and summaries from each session.
The tool, from Singapore-based Gevme, shows how AI is radically transforming the conference-going experience and helping organisers add value to education programmes.
Show organisers, Northstar Travel Group, used the captured content to produce a 22-page report of the conference programme arranged, which is segmented into subject matter.
The paper – which can be downloaded here – analyses and distils all the insights shared by the dozens of industry influencers who presented at the inaugural event in Singapore.
It touches on the most pressing issues facing the meetings and events industry – AI, sustainability, DEI, data, wellbeing etc – to provide a valuable resource for planners.
NTG executive VP and group publisher David Blansfield said: “There has been a lot of talk about how AI is going to transform the MICE industry, so we were keen to put it to the test.
"What we really wanted was something that would enhance the experience of our attendees and extend the life of the superb content that was delivered on the show floor.

“To produce a 22-page white paper would normally be a major piece of work, but what we received needed just minor amendments and a touch of editorialising from our content team.
