The BTN Group, part of the Northstar Travel Group, has announced the launch of Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, which will take place on 16-17 April 2025 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at the Marina Bay Sands hotel, Singapore.

The new BTN event follows on the heels of the inaugural The Meetings Show Asia Pacific – organised by Northstar’s Meetings Group – which took place in April and welcomed more than 1,000 meetings and events industry professionals through its doors.

The announcement comes ahead of the 30th anniversary of Business Travel Show Europe which takes place at ExCeL London on 19-20 June, alongside The Meetings Show. Like in London, the two fledgling Northstar events will be co-located in Singapore in 2025.

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific will follow a similar format to its European namesake, comprising an exhibition, educational programme, networking opportunities and a hosted buyer programme.

“We are thrilled about this opportunity as it marks a natural evolution and expansion of the Business Travel Show brand into the vibrant APAC region,” said Louis Magliaro, executive vice president/group publisher, the BTN Group. “The strength of the corporate travel market in this region is undeniable, and we are eager to extend our current reach to connect with key industry players and foster new collaborations."

Jason Young, CEO of Northstar Travel Group, added: “We are excited to launch another one of our market-leading event brands in the Singapore and Asia Pacific markets. The Business Travel Show, following the successful recent launch of The Meetings Show, highlights our ability to connect buyers and sellers in the travel industry, strengthening relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our partners and attendees.”

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific and the Meetings Show Asia Pacific are supported by the Singapore Tourism Board. “Singapore is pleased to welcome the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific in 2025,” said Yap Chin Siang, deputy chief executive, Singapore Tourism Board. “Northstar Travel Group’s decision to co-locate the two shows is a testament to Singapore’s excellent track record in hosting high quality events.”

Established in 1984, the BTN Group is the publisher of Business Travel News, Business Travel News Europe and The Beat, and produces more than 40 annual conferences, events and tradeshows in North America, Europe and Asia. It is part of the US-based Northstar Travel Group which owns 14 media brands connecting some 1.4 million industry professionals.
