BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has introduced Assist, a generative AI tool
designed to transform the way its teams work.
The launch is the first in a planned series of technology advances being released
in the coming months that aim to create efficiencies in how BCD supports clients. Assist aims to enhance productivity, streamline processes and provide assistance in day-to-day tasks, while prioritising responsible AI
and the security and privacy of data and intellectual property.
“During
this initial phase, we will be testing Assist capabilities across
different regions, lines of business, and shared services teams. This will
allow us to gather valuable feedback and insights to further refine and improve
the tool, empowering our teams,” said Ted Stone, senior vice president, global technology and products. “It’s important to note that Assist is designed to support and
augment our work, not replace human creativity and expertise. It’s a
collaborative tool that complements our skills and helps us achieve even
greater results.”
Assist
is
the latest product to come under BCD M&E’s technology suite, as
the company continues to invest and innovate in the area of meetings and events
technology.
“We
firmly believe that Assist has the potential to significantly enhance
our efficiency and effectiveness, and we are excited to explore its
possibilities,” said Bruce Morgan, global president. “As we continue to invest
in technology to empower our teams around the world, our focus will be on
ensuring compliance and data security.”
