Event technology platform, Bizzabo has updated its Event
Experience Operating System to include room block management for planners and delegates.
Powered by its
partnership with Resiada, the new room block integration is set to streamline the
event attendee experience with easy transition from event registration to hotel
reservation. Using room block tech, event attendees will be able to navigate through the event's booking site, where personal information and ticket numbers are
auto-filled for a hassle-free process, and book rooms that have been reserved in the block.
Via the Bizzabo Reports hub,
event planners can keep track of the room block, view reservations, manage
inventory, track the differential list to see who has registered and booked versus registrants
who are yet to book accommodation.
