Event Footprints has unveiled its new EF Data Hub, a centralised data platform designed to help corporate marketers, event owners and agencies transform fragmented event data into clear, actionable insight.
Built on the Snowflake cloud data warehousing platform for optimum security and compliance, the EF Data Hub connects multiple event technologies to create a single, reliable source - helping teams measure, report and demonstrate event impact.
At launch, the Hub powers two core services: Integration Services and Event Stride – Dashboarding. Together, they enable seamless data extraction from registration systems, event apps, lead-scanning tools, and marketing or CRM platforms, bringing everything into one unified dataset.
Once centralised, the data is cleaned, organised and visualised through Event Footprints’ Event Stride methodology, using Tableau dashboards to present metrics across the full event lifecycle. Users can apply dynamic filters and custom visualisations to track return on experience (ROE) and return on investment (ROI) in real time, creating tailored reports for stakeholders and clients.
“Corporate event teams and agencies often struggle to get a complete picture of their events because their data is siloed,” said Rob Curtis, founder of Event Footprints. “Our Integration Services do the heavy lifting to connect to every platform, and our EF Data Hub creates that single source of truth. The Event Stride dashboards make that data presentable and meaningful, allowing planners to clearly and confidently demonstrate event success.”
The EF Data Hub has already been deployed in beta across several major global corporate events, integrating data from leading platforms including Cvent, RainFocus, Bizzabo and Swoogo.
Delivered as a fully managed service, the system requires no technical input from clients and adheres to strict governance and compliance standards.
"Our
goal is to give planners clarity and confidence," added Curtis. "This
combination of products allows them to move from simply collecting data to
actively using it to prove success through a clear and repeatable methodology."
Looking ahead, Curtis said the platform will provide the foundation for AI-driven analytics.
“We’re building a data platform that powers data-led events today and will enable AI-led solutions as we head into 2026, using agentic AI within Snowflake,” he said.
