Oti
Mabuse and Dermot O’Leary have been unveiled as keynote speaker and MC for the upcoming Cvent
CONNECT Europe in London.
This year’s keynote
speaker is the dancer and presenter Oti Mabuse, best known for her success on Strictly Come Dancing. Presenter Dermot O’Leary will serve as the MC
for the multi-day, hybrid conference, offering both in-person and
virtual experiences, which takes place from 5 -7 November 2024 at the Hilton
London Metropole.

This
year’s Cvent CONNECT Europe agenda includes more than 55 sessions, which aim to
deliver cutting-edge insights and creative strategies to help attendees –
including event professionals, marketers and hoteliers – achieve their business
goals.
Eight-time
South African Latin American Champion, Oti Mabuse is regarded as one of the most
successful South African dancers in the world. She is widely recognised for her
success on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, winning two consecutive series
as a pro alongside her celebrity partners. Mabuse’s career also includes
successful television appearances as a presenter and judge, notably The Masked
Dancer, Dancing on Ice and The Greatest Dancer. During her keynote
and fireside chat, Mabuse will share her inspirational journey, from competitive
dancer to global performer, and discuss the power of resilience, creativity and
self-discovery.
Dermot
O’Leary is a widely recognised TV and radio presenter, best known for his work
on ITV’s This Morning and BBC Radio 2, where he hosts the popular Dermot
O’Leary Show. O'Leary has hosted some of the UK’s biggest events,
including the National Television Awards, Soccer Aid and The
BRIT Awards. In addition to his TV, radio and entertainment success, O'Leary was awarded the prestigious Presidential Distinguished Service Award for the
Irish Abroad 2020, and is an ambassador for both UNICEF and CAFOD, among other
charities. In addition to MCing the event, O'Leary will host exclusive
one-to-one conversations with Cvent CEO and founder, Reggie Aggarwal, as well
as Oti Mabuse.
