With the aim of creating a better virtual experience for delegates, Worldspan has launched its own fully customisable virtual event platform.
The platform, which is accessible to organisations of every size, features video conferencing, pre-recorded content and live streaming options to create and host meetings and events that are engaging and interactive.
“It is incredibly exciting to both formally launch Virt-Us Live and to have already secured and be delivering reimagined live events, virtually on the platform,” said Worldspan’s managing director, Sophie Morris.
“Virt-Us Live is designed by event professionals; we’ve used our knowledge and audience insights to create an intuitive platform that is focussed on delivering a better delegate experience.”
The virtual event platform was built by the agency’s in-house digital development team and has already been booked to host a series of virtual events including an association conference, company conference, AGM, and a fundraiser.
The platform offers digital space for up to 3,000 delegates and a wealth of sponsorship opportunities for clients throughout the platform including links to sponsors' websites and social channels, sponsor logos, downloadable documents, videos and a gallery of images.

Worldspan is offering clients the ability to combine the new Virt-Us Live platform with its long-standing expertise which includes inhouse production, video creation, logistics and content creation from creative and digital teams as an end-to-end solution for all events.
