The events industry charity Meeting Needs has launched its online charity auction to raise money for several causes, including Ukrainian refugees.

The auction will run until 3 May, with a selection of bid-worthy lots up for grabs, including stay and dine prizes from Mayfair Townhouse, Pan Pacific London and Hilton hotels.

For serious bidders, an ultimate Monaco Grand Prix package is up for grabs as well as a prize for a four-night stay for two in Marrakech and a day at Cheltenham races. There’s a bid lot to suit every wallet.

On the evening of May 3, Meeting Needs will stage its first 2022 Showcase event, taking place at The Dilly Hotel in London between 6pm - 8.30 pm. The evening is an opportunity to network with charity partners and champions, hear from some of the beneficiaries in person and learn more about how the industry has united behind a worthwhile cause. Attendees will include agency professionals and suppliers.

Money raised will be distributed between worthy causes, including aid for refugees fleeing Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Meeting Needs has already raised £10,000 for this cause.

While many incredible prizes have already been donated, there is still an opportunity to donate a lot for people to bid on. Not only is it a decent gesture, but it’s also free exposure for products and businesses. To donate, contact Margaret Mann: [email protected]
