The 2023 survey will build on the data collected in the 2022 survey to show how the industry, its employers and employee needs have evolved in the last year.

“I think we’ll see that not as many people are moving this year, a lot more people are saying their salary is ok. I think the package is really important. There are a few companies that have really got that sorted and into what their people want. They've created these packages for benefits where the employees choose rather than being told. That's what I'm really interested to see in the survey.”
