The ACC Liverpool Group has announced a major rebrand, unveiling its new name as Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX), reflecting the organisation’s multi-venue scale and ambition. The new identity will take effect with a full launch on 13 April.
The move sees the Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool renamed as the Convention Centre at Liverpool Experience Campus and Exhibition Centre at Liverpool Experience Campus, while the M&S Bank Arena retains its name. The rebrand aims to make the campus easier to navigate for delegates and better reflect the organisation’s international aspirations.
Opening its first venues in 2008 and expanding with Exhibition Centre Liverpool and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel in 2015, the campus has grown into a flexible destination for conferences, exhibitions, and live entertainment.
Chief Executive Faye Dyer said: “Our new identity is inspired by the unique spirit of Liverpool and defines, with confidence, who we are and what we stand for. We are not a single venue; we are a campus of brands - four stages that deliver a collection of experiences. The new approach represents the scale and flexibility of our multi-venue campus, one of our greatest strengths, and expresses clearly the full depth and breadth of what we offer and what we want to be in future.”
The rebrand follows two years of research and consultation with staff, clients, stakeholders, and audiences, and signals the start of the organisation’s next phase of growth, strengthening its international presence while supporting the Liverpool City Region’s visitor economy and local communities.
Liverpool Experience Campus operates the city’s waterfront event campus, including the M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, the Pullman Hotel, and its ticketing arm, TicketQuarter, hosting national and international events ranging from conferences to live entertainment.
