New events venue, Fallow
House, is set to open in February 2025 at Estelle Manor, located in the
heart of Oxfordshire's 85-acre estate.
The 540 sqm space, situated between the Manor House and the Eynsham Baths
spa, has been designed to host milestone celebrations and corporate gatherings.
Spanning two floors and accommodating up to 100 guests, Fallow House offers
a range of amenities. It features an elegant arrival hall, three meeting
spaces, two stylish bars, and an intimate private dining room for up to 10
guests. The centrepiece of the venue is its expansive Grand Room, ideal for
hosting larger gatherings.
The design of Fallow House combines ‘Flemish-inspired serenity with modern
sophistication, drawing influence’ from designers Vincent Van Duysen and Axel
Vervoordt. Each space is crafted with raw, natural materials, artfully blended
with antique accents to create a timeless and tranquil atmosphere.
The 99 sqm Grand Room, with its double-height vaulted ceiling and pendant
lighting, is flooded with natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows. The
room’s neutral palette, open fireplace, and versatile configuration make it
suitable for a range of events, from seated dinners to standing cocktail
receptions. The space can accommodate up to 100 guests for standing receptions,
60 for seated dinners, 70 in a theatre-style setup, or 40 in a cabaret-style
layout with a stage.
