The Mail Room, a new private meeting space at Cardiff’s The
Parkgate Hotel has been designed to accommodate smaller team meetings,
presentations, and workshops.
Suited for modern business needs, The Mail Room features meeting
technology to support hybrid working. The
room features a 98-inch interactive touchscreen, fully integrated Microsoft
Teams setup, high-definition camera and table microphones for virtual
collaboration.
The Mail Room also serves as an additional function space,
complementing the hotel’s larger Postmaster Suite for conferences, corporate
gatherings, and exclusive events.
