Accessibility has become one of the most important
conversations in our sector over the past few years.
But are we still thinking
about it in the wrong way? And are we considering the expectations of different
generations?
In this episode of The Meeting Room, Paul Harvey is joined
by Freya Foster, of Principal Global Events, who believes accessibility
shouldn't be an add-on or a compliance exercise, but designed into every event
from the very beginning. She also says that the younger generation sees
accessibility not as a "nice to have", but as a baseline expectation.
Join them as they explore why accessibility is about far
more than ramps and quiet rooms, what event planners can learn from Gen Z, and
why designing for inclusion ultimately creates better events for everyone.
