The inaugural Institute of Travel Management (ITM)

London’s Leonardo Royal Hotel for an afternoon of celebrations.

announced and presented with awards between each course.
“The atmosphere in the room was joyous and full of energy.

“ITM was concerned about launching an inaugural event so
soon after the impact of Covid on business travel, particularly the confidence
of guests to attend a new face-to-face event, and whether sponsors and members
would embrace taking part,” added Davies.
“This concern proved to be unfounded. Once we explained the
concept to ITM members and potential sponsors, their enthusiasm grew rapidly,
demonstrating a willingness to celebrate something positive in our industry
face-to-face again at last.”
