Fast Forward 15 has announced a new strategic partnership with Destination Toronto aimed at supporting female leadership and career development across the industry.
The partnership will see Destination Toronto become an official industry partner of the mentoring and leadership programme, while Nicola Alexander joins the Fast Forward 15 mentor cohort for the 2026–27 programme.
The collaboration brings together two organisations focused on increasing inclusion, leadership development and opportunities for women working across events, hospitality and travel.
Alexander, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the meetings and events industry, will mentor emerging female talent through the programme, supporting participants around career progression, leadership and navigating industry challenges.

Fast Forward 15 is recognised as one of the events industry’s leading mentoring communities, bringing together professionals from agencies, suppliers, associations and corporate event teams to support women progressing into senior leadership roles.
