With a career
spanning more than two decades in the hospitality and business events industry,
Andrew Bell has stepped up to run Meet Cambridge, the official conference and events bureau for Cambridge and the surrounding area.
Prior to joining
Meet Cambridge, Bell held the role of centre manager at The Epicentre,
providing physical space and business support for start-up and small
businesses. Creating an environment and community for them to collaborate,
sharing experiences and together thrive to boost the local economy.
Bell
succeeds Judith Sloane, who has been a member of Meet Cambridge for
almost 20 years and served as head for more than four years.

of Meet Cambridge said, “The Head of Meet Cambridge is a key role, and we are delighted to
have Andrew on board. He brings with him many years of experience in both the
hospitality and business events sectors as well as a knowledge of the Cambridge
ecosystem and its communities. I have every confidence that he will be a
