Events recruitment agency Disrupt Talent and recruitment
specialist Robert Kenward have joined forces to launch a new executive search
division.
Disrupt Search will combine Kenward’s 25 years’ experience working
in event recruitment with Disrupt Talent’s experience in staffing and permanent
recruitment and its infrastructure and operational support to provide a complete
talent solution.
Kenward, who will lead the new division as managing director,
said: “After 10 years building my own business, I started asking myself what
the next 10 years should look like. I knew I wanted the next chapter to be
about building something bigger, but I wanted to grow without compromising the
consultative approach that's become synonymous with my business. I also knew I
couldn't do it alone.
