SoolNua, the
specialist business events advisory has started a new era of leadership under
Aoife McCrum and Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin.
McCrum and Ní Ghiollagáin have taken over as joint owners
and managing partners from its previous owners, Patrick Delaney and Pádraic
Gilligan, who founded SoolNua in 2014.
SoolNua, meaning ‘new eye’, works with clients around the world including
destinations, hotels, venues, MICE agencies and associations seeking advice and
growth. Known for its creative approach and in-depth industry insights,
the SoolNua team aim to provide expert guidance in strategy, marketing, and
training.

McCrum, a graduate in advertising and marketing, has been
with SoolNua since its inception and has played a pivotal role in shaping the
company’s brand and reputation. Ní Ghiollagáin, who joined SoolNua five years
ago, qualified as a pharmacist before spending significant time gaining
industry knowledge and experience on both the supply and demand sides of the
industry.
Patrick Delaney and Pádraic Gilligan, the founders of
SoolNua, will continue to be involved in different capacities. Delaney will
remain connected in an advisory role, contributing selectively to key projects,
while Gilligan will continue as an integral part of the operational team,
providing strategic direction and mentorship.
