Saunders’
appointment adds to Silversea’s UK team of experts, joining Lucy Howe in
her existing role as business development manager and the field sales team in
the UK.
The team’s
focus will be to identify new agents and provide onboarding support, tailored
specifically to those who are new to Silversea and luxury cruising.
"This appointment will reinforce our UK team and highlights our commitment
to supporting our trade partners in accomplishing their objectives
successfully," said Peter Shanks, managing director UK and Ireland for Silversea.
"Our
travel partners are important key players here at Silversea, with their
expertise remaining crucial for our guests."
Saunders has
several years of experience in the luxury cruise sector with prior roles
including trade partnerships at Clia, five years at The Cruise Portfolio and
more recently as BDM for Windstar Cruises.

growth: with four new ships and two more to come, I am thrilled to be joining
at such an exciting time to attract even more discerning guests to Silversea’s
luxury cruise offering," Saunders added.
A desire to travel led Holly Patrick to the business meetings and events world and she’s never looked back. Holly takes a particular interest in event sustainability and creating a diverse and inclusive industry. When she’s not working, she can be found rolling skating along Brighton seafront listening to an eclectic playlist, featuring the likes of Patti Smith, Sean Paul, and Arooj Aftab.
