High-end experiential agency Noble Events has appointed a new managing director, as founder and current MD Penny Noble moves into a newly-created CEO role.
Sarah Cox, the current deputy MD, moves up to take on the MD role, leading the business across both strategic
office locations in the UK and Dubai.
Penny Noble, who first founded the
company in the UK 14 years ago, successfully grew the business into the Middle East market
with key accounts including Bentley Motors, Lamborghini and General Motors.
In her new role as CEO, Noble will refocus her time on the public profile of the business and
work closely with Sarah and the board of directors on the addition of further strategic services
to the existing portfolio.
Noble said: “Sarah is an invaluable asset to the business and has been for a long time. As we
diversify and strengthen our offering to our incredible clients there is no better person to lead
the team.
“I’m excited to step into the new role of
CEO and invest my focus in supporting our strategy through profile-building opportunities,
while continuing to chair the board of directors”.
Cox said: “Penny has built a fantastic legacy and led by example for almost 15
years. This transition comes at a hugely exciting time for our business, as we expand into the
financial services and electrification sectors with key client wins, including ongoing projects for
Visa throughout Europe and the Middle East.
“We invested heavily in our team structure and
resources in 2022, which was our second profit-making year post-pandemic and have
significantly strengthened our creative and strategic experiential offering. I am delighted to
be driving the business forwards into this exciting new chapter, as its managing director.”
