Fast Forward15, an events and hospitality sector mentoring
initiative, has announced its first-ever Mentoring Awards, set to take place on
April 24, 2025.
The event will celebrate mentors, mentees, and
organisations that have significantly contributed to talent development within
the industry.
Celebrating excellence in mentorship
The awards are open to all genders and include corporate,
agency, supplier, and in-house event teams. The ceremony will feature an awards presentation, a three-course dinner, and
networking opportunities.
Proceeds from the event will support two vital industry
initiatives:
- Fast
Forward15 Mentoring Programme:
Founded by Fay Sharpe OBE, this award-winning, not-for-profit mentoring
scheme has been supporting female event professionals for the past decade
by pairing them with industry leaders.
- FF15
University Challenge: A
programme aimed at helping students transition from education to careers
in the events industry by equipping them with essential project
management, creativity, and networking skills.
The event will be held at The Mermaid London with hundreds
of industry professionals, including corporate leaders, event agency
representatives, and other key figures expected to attend.
Organisers are inviting industry members to attend, nominate
outstanding individuals, and explore sponsorship opportunities. Ticket sales
