Applications to join the Fast Forward 15 (FF15) 2024/25
cohort will close on Tuesday 5 March.
FF15, an events industry mentoring programme for women, is
now in its 10th year of supporting the events hospitality and travel industry
through coaching, mentoring and helping women at all stages of their careers to
achieve their goals.
FF15 founder Fay Sharpe said, "Every applicant will be offered a
free power mentoring session and 15 successful applicants will be offered a
free place in the 2024/25 mentee cohort."
Successful applicants will receive 10 one-to-one sessions
with one of FF15’s ‘powerhouse mentors’, plus two free education and
development days, free access to join Cvent Connect London and free access to
attend IMEX Frankfurt.
“The programme is focused on improving personal and
professional growth,” added Sharpe. “Mentees will receive coaching on pitching,
how to create a newsletter, using social media, plus participation in giving
back to charity via our charity challenge event.
“Now in its 10th year, we celebrate everyone who
has joined the Fast Forward 15 community and all they have achieved,” Sharpe
added.
The 2024/25 Fast Forward 15 mentors include Jamie Vaughan –
vice president at Cvent, Emma Bason - director
of global venue sourcing at American Express GB, Lisa James – founder of The
Wentworth Collective , Mike Ford – founder grateful lemon, Anupa White – co-founder
of principal global events, Gabby Austen Browne – founder of Diversity Alliance
, Georgina warren - associate director
at Freuds Group.
