Top Banana bolsters agency's talent with 10 new hires

Creative communications agency, Top Banana of TBA Group has announced 10 new recruits and three promotions across its production, film, venue sourcing and creative departments.

New recruits include:

  • Claire Beedham – client services director
  • Louise Greig – client services director
  • Kat Anderson – operations manager
  • Lewis Harrison – senior account manager
  • Milly Pickles – account manager
  • Lizzie Jones – venue sourcing Executive
  • Fran Teal – project executive
  • Sophie Simmons - account executive
  • Louis Griffin – film apprentice (BBC Apprentice Hub)
  • Hinal Patel – project coordinator intern 

Top Banana welcomes two new client services directors, Claire Beedham and Louise Greig. 

Beedham is supporting both Top Banana and TBA and joins from Owl Live. She has previously worked with clients including BT, M&S, Coca-Cola, Adidas and Radisson Blu. She commented: “I’m thrilled to have joined the Top Banana and TBA team because it’s such a vibrant agency group and is growing at such a fast pace. It’s incredible to be involved in such a success story and I’m really looking forward to taking the group and our client projects to the next level.” 

With more than 20 years’ experience in shaping global customer experiences through live, virtual and hybrid events, Greig joins the business as client services director, heading up the London team. 

Before joining Top Banana, Greig worked at Activate Event Management. She commented: “I am incredibly excited to join the Top Banana team. I have long since admired the company from afar, so I’m delighted to join such a talented bunch. I have been so impressed by the company’s culture and vision, it’s clear to see why they are considered one of the top agencies in our industry.” 

Top Banana has also promoted three existing members of staff:

  • Stephanie Avis, promoted to account director
  • Emily McFarlane, promoted to art director
  • James Wareham, promoted to junior video editor
