Conference Care has secured a three-year deal with AQA Education, the UK’s largest exam board, following a competitive tender process.
The venue-finding and event management agency will deliver venue sourcing and accommodation services to AQA, providing a dynamic online booking platform, strategic account management to drive efficiencies, and detailed management reporting including cost analysis and open-book accounting.
Pauline Beattie, sales director at Conference Care, said: “Our partnership with AQA Education highlights the depth of our expertise in managing complex venue sourcing and accommodation requirements. Through award-winning account management and recognised industry knowledge, we’re committed to delivering measurable value. This collaboration underscores our capability to support clients at scale with transparency, forward-thinking and consistency.”
Sofia Tranter, head of new business at Conference Care, added: “I’m delighted to be working in partnership with AQA Education, an organisation whose values and ambitions strongly align with our own. This collaboration is not only about delivering a seamless implementation, but also about building strong, long-term relationships. Together with AQA, we look forward to setting new benchmarks for excellence.”
The win further cements Conference Care’s position in the education sector and supports its wider growth strategy across venue finding, accommodation, and event management services.
The agency, which became a certified B Corp earlier this year, has more than 30 years’ experience working across the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors, offering creative, sustainable and measurable solutions.
