Conference Care has won a contract to provide events services for the Severn Trent Group
Companies, including Severn Trent Water, Hafren Dyfrdwy, and Severn Trent
Services.
Following a competitive tender process, Conference Care has
been selected to provide meeting/conference (MICE) services. The
three-year contract is set to commence on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
The scope of services includes:
- A
24/7 accessible online booking platform for seamless venue finding – MICE
- Strategic
account management to maximise efficiency and support sustainability
goals
- Comprehensive
management information for cost analysis and environmental impact
reporting
