Event specialists Jules France and Marie Moss have announced the launch of Phoenix ICE, a new business offering event planning and management services to clients in the UK and internationally.
With extensive backgrounds in the meetings and events sector, the pair bring a wealth of experience to the new venture. Phoenix ICE will work with corporate, not-for-profit, and membership-based clients, providing services such as venue sourcing, contract negotiation, event design, on-site delivery, and post-event evaluation.
Jules France, founder and director at Space Meetings & Events, has more than five years’ experience running her own agency, along with previous work for the UK’s largest MICE exhibition outside London. Marie Moss, international events director at Eventpro UK, has more than two decades of experience delivering large-scale events across multiple sectors.

Phoenix ICE is now taking enquiries for events from Q4 2025 onwards.
